Montage Laguna Beach appoints Armando Campos as Hotel Manager
Armando Campos earned a degree in hotel management from Estudios Superiores en Hoteleria Euro-America in Morelos, Mexico and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
LAGUNA BEACH, CALIF. – Montage Laguna Beach, the flagship address of Montage Hotels & Resorts, has announced the appointment of Armando Campos as its new hotel manager. An experienced hospitality professional with a specialty in food and beverage management at properties both grand and boutique, Campos leads all day-to-day operations of the oceanfront resort including oversight of rooms, food and beverage, culinary, spa, and security.

Campos arrived at Montage Laguna Beach from the landmark Fontainebleau Miami Beach in the heart of Millionaire’s Row, where he spent over a year as senior vice president of hotel operations managing and developing a team of 1,500 in food and beverage, rooms, engineering and more. Along the way, Campos created four new restaurant concepts and successfully improved year-over-year profitability of the food & beverage and rooms divisions. Previously, Campos held senior management roles across the country, including director of food and beverage operations at Pendry San Diego, Loews Miami Beach Hotel, and Hilton Buena Vista Palace Hotel in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
