The Biltmore Los Angeles welcomes Sue Yoon as Director of Sales & Marketing

Hospitality industry professional brings over 20 years of extensive luxury hospitality experience to the iconic grand dame of Downtown L.A. as the hotel continues to celebrate its century of grandeur

LOS ANGELES – The Biltmore Los Angeles announce the appointment of Sue Yoon as Director of Sales & Marketing of the property. Joining the beaux-arts institution as it celebrates a new era in 2024, Yoon will be driving all aspects of sales & marketing for The Biltmore Los Angeles, encompassing direct sales, marketing, revenue, and distribution.

“I’m thrilled to join The Biltmore Los Angeles at yet another prominent time in its history as we continue to celebrate its centennial,” said Sue Yoon. “I hope to aid in continuing this legacy and inspire more visitors to experience the excellence that is The Biltmore Los Angeles.”

Sue Yoon brings more than 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Prior to joining The Biltmore Los Angeles, she served as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Westin Philadelphia. Yoon also held previous leadership positions at The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia and Grand Hyatt Washington D.C., and was the pre-opening Director of Sales at the Hyatt Regency Incheon, South Korea.

In her role, Sue will head the development of sales and marketing strategies and support The Biltmore’s broader business efforts, in addition to overseeing the sales of the property’s 683-rooms.

Sue graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and earned a Master’s degree at The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. She is fluent in both English and Korean.
